SAP HANA Cloud trial - Instance creation stuck?

I followed the learning track "Getting Started with your trial of SAP HANA Cloud" and am now stuck since two hours, waiting for the HANA Cloud instance to be created. How long is this process supposed to take?

Hi Sebastian,

Couple of minutes. Created quite a few before. Have not seen this yet. Can you delete this instance and create a new one?

I tried that - I deleted the stuck instance and created a new one. Three hours later, it's still not done.

I also double checked the entitlements, they seem fine.

Hi Artyom,

Could you please try to logout from SAP HANA Cloud and SAP Cloud Platform? Then try again to start your instance, that worked for me.
