Hi All,

I am not sure if anybody else has faced a similar situation but my cf-eu10 is no longer available.

It had been renewed a few days ago and I login every single day. I have lost a whole of development in HANA Cloud due to this.

Anybody else faced the same issue ?

A cf login throws this
No org or space targeted, use 'cf target -o ORG -s SPACE'

Yes - Marius is correct. EU10 is no longer available for trial landscapes - however, US10 is available. I know that EXISTING subaccounts on EU10 will continue to work - it's just that users can't create NEW subaccounts on EU10. Not sure what happened in your case if you were actively using the subaccount. Only thing I can think of is that you happened to reach the end of your trial period at the same time EU10 went away. To avoid losing content in the future, you may find this learning journey helpful about migrating your trial instance (it includes info on how to export from existing instance):

Hope this helps and apologies for the inconvenience you experienced due to this EU10 change.

Hi, this means you need to select a space and a org first.

Use the following commands to see all orgs

cf orgs

Then target this org and request all spaces

cf target -o <org name>
cf spaces

And then select the space.

cf target -s <space name>

Hi Marius,

I guess what I was illustrating was that I get this message "The region Europe (Frankfurt) is no longer available on SAP BTP Trial."

Also "As of October 10, subaccounts on SAP BTP Trial can no longer be created on eu10, Europe (Frankfurt). Existing subaccounts are not affected. "

I had a existing subaccount for months now and this was deleted and losing a lot of my development.

I have been using it every day hence I am disappointed that What changed , when clearly subaccounts are not affected..

Is anybody else impacted ?

Cheers

Afshin

Yes, this is a new change. To clarify this before other readers get scared, no active subaccount was deleted. What probably happened is that your last subaccount expired as indicated in the shellbar and was removed then. The general advice has always been not to store important/critical items on the trial landscape as they is/was no SLA agreement associated with it. But I understand your anger that you didn't see this coming and affected your most recent test projects.

The good news is that you can continue using the trial in the US10 region, which provides the same services over there. If you could like to continue using EU10, check out our new Free Tier Plans for SAP BTP.
