SAP HANA Cloud DB costs

Dear community,

we developed an application in Build Code utilizing the HANA Cloud database. Prior to selecting this architecture, we consulted the Discovery Center to estimate the associated costs. We identified a configuration acceptable to the customer.

Upon attempting to deploy the developed code (we were developing in our own subaccount) to the customer subaccount, we discovered that the HANA BTP Service configuration options differ significantly from those initially identified in the Discovery Center.

In particular, we were not able to set up a HANA instance with specifications lower than these:

Consequently, activating the minimal usage option (940CU) would incur costs almost ten times higher than initially projected (168CU).

Could you assist us in clarifying the discrepancy between the configuration options presented in the Discovery Center and those available within the actual HANA BTP Service setup?

Is this the tool that was used? 
Was the lower estimate based on setting a lower activity per month than 100%?
