SAP GUI Quartz Theme Issue

Some of our user are facing an issue with SAP GUI especially something to deal with Quartz Theme, below is the screenshot of their screen. This happens randomly but goes away once user logs out and restarts the GUI after few minutes. But it does come again after certain period of time. We have tried re-installing SAP GUI and cross checked all theme settings as well. Still unable to find the root cause or solution. We assume it is some issue related to memory or rendering. Would appreciate any advice to resolve this issue. Thank you.

There are numerous fixes for Quartz  theme in later patches.

Please test one user with patch 12 and advise if this solves the issue.
