SAP GUI option is not showing in the Technology drop-down in SAP Build Process Automation for S4HANA

Hello experts, I would like to need support on the query below:

I am exploring the recorder function in the SAP Build Process Automation, and all the pre-requisities have been completed.

• Access to a SAP BTP tenant with SAP Build Process Automation
• Install and set up the Desktop Agent 3 to run the automation
• Scripting enabled for SAP GUI for Windows on the Client and the Server
• Only use 32-bit SAP GUI for Windows Application
• SAP GUI for Windows must run in the background

The issue that I have noticed is that SAP GUI Technology is not showing in the dropdown menu if you are using the S4HANA version.

The below screenshot was taken for SAP ECC, and here SAP GUI is showing in the Technology dropdown. And the business process recording works perfrectly fine.

The below screenshot was taken for the SAP S/4HANA 2023 version. You can see no SAP GUI option is showing in the Technology dropdown in the SAP Build Process Automation Recorder option/feature.

Furthermore, if you press the record button and start the recording, then the recorder throws an error message that "The screen could not be captured. Please relaunch the recorder."

Hi,

Thank you for responding. However, I also tried this with RZ11 with the parameter sapgui/user_scripting value true, and it appears like that. Is there anything else I need to do to ensure that the instance profile is true?
