SAP GUI 7.40 - Graphical Form Painter message in SE71 SAPscript

Hi! Getting a message that says, "Graphical Form Painter could not be called." when viewing the Graphical Form Painter in SE71 SAPscript. I can't seem to find any SAP Note related to this.
