Especially the statement:

"you can use the standard SAP GUI versions for Windows 32-bit operating systems on 64-bit platforms (as long as your system has the SAP GUI, operating system, and hardware versions specified in the list above)." from 66971.

So the short answer is that there is no problem in using 32bit SAP GUI in Windows 11.
