There are two possible methods to delete the company within the SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Windows Client:
Method 1: Through the Login Window
- Open the FSM Windows Client
- Login with your company credentials
- The next window after logged in, shows you the company to select and through the 3-dot menu you can delete the company directly from this interface
Method 2: Using File Explorer
If the above method is ineffective, you can manually delete the company through File Explorer. The procedure varies depending on the installation type:
For Installations from SAP For Me:
- Close the FSM Windows Client
- Open File Explorer using the shortcut Win+E
- Type %appdata% in the address bar and press Enter
- Navigate to SAP SE\SAP Field Service Management\Data
- Delete the contents inside the 'Data' folder
- Start the SAP FSM WinClient and log in
For Microsoft App Store (UWP) Installations:
- Close the FSM Windows Client
- Open File Explorer using the shortcut Win+E
- Type '%localappdata%\Packages' in the address bar and press Enter
- Locate the folder associated with the 'SAP Field Service Management' application
- Navigate to the 'LocalState' folder and delete its contents
- Start the FSM Windows Client and log in
