Dear SAPers,
I am currently working on a SAP Folders Management - Example TC: SCASE.
NOT CRM and NOT TC: Organizer.
I would like to set up a rolebased workflow within my rolebased case/Folders Management (TC: scase) , so that every user who is a part of the workflow will get his related workflow item into his inbox.
What i know so far is, what even might not be correct:
- Trigger Worklfows through BO2022
- Change the status to the related values and define the processor (Header of a case) to start the workflow
- set up the customizing TC: SCASE_CUSTOMIZING: Case Management --> Process Route --> ...
I really don't get the whole picture how to set up an easy dummy to understand the integration of SCASE and Workflows. Ho can I really integrate a workflow and break it down to workflow items, send them to the related users and actually start the process?
