SAP FIORI - Upload General Journal Entries

Hello everyone, 

When using the Fiori App "Upload General Journal Entries" to upload general journal entries via Excel, I receive the following error message: 

UI5-Komponente for navigation view "#FinanceApplicationLog-showList?DateFrom=&DateTo=&LogExternalId=Header&LogObjectId=FIGL_UPLDGLJE&LogObjectSubId=&PersKey=fin.gl.journalentry.upload.ShowLog&sap-app-origin-hint=&sap-xapp-state=TAS21Q6XL0RC1NE8F29FAEWYBAI18Kxxxxxxxxx" could not be loaded. 

Did anyone face a similar situation or found a solution?

probably this app is not activated.

Not necessarily the app is not active.

A very common reason for such error is the user not having access to such app. Ideally those 2 should be in the same catalog so anyone how can access one of them will be able to call the other one.
