A few months ago, I built a Fiori List Report app for the SD module using OData V2 in an on-premise environment. The app had actions like "Remove Block," "Add Block," and "Add Comment," and it worked perfectly—after each action, the list report refreshed automatically and displayed the updated data.
Recently, I created a similar app as a Fiori List Report app, but this time using OData V4 in the same on-premise environment. Unfortunately, the actions no longer refresh the list report after submitting changes always I had to click "GO" in order to get it the list refreshed.
Steps Taken to Identify the Issue:
- Adjusted the UI5 Version to both newer and older versions.
- Implemented side effects using guided development tools.
- Compared the manifest.json, metadata.XML and other app components between the old (OData V2) and new (OData V4) apps and found significant differences.
Despite thorough testing and troubleshooting, I couldn’t resolve the issue.

Could someone guide me on how to ensure the list report refreshes properly after an action in a Fiori List Report app using OData V4?
