SAP Fiori (F3074A) Timesheet V4 Worklist Enhancement

Hi Experts,

I am currently working with Timesheet V4 application and currently trying to extend the Worklist tab (available via Assignment --> Worklist). The idea is to add description to the given value. E.g,. the column for Task Level (standard column enabled via customizing and populated via BADi - HRFIO_IF_TSH_ENRICH~ENRICH_WORKLIST). The column contains key value only, e.g., Z010 but I would want to show it in a form Z010 (Preparation) or (Preparation) Z010.

What would be the steps or where should I navigate to in order to investigate / implement the case? I have no possibility to create extension project via BAS / Build code and have S4 / CDS and BADIs as options in my hands.

The help / advise would be highly appreciated!

The solution can be this note https://me.sap.com/notes/3578788/E (unless you want to implement all the changes manually), but you need to be aware that this note will break your timesheet application. Time entry tables will not work and the ability to add either entry or quick entry will never work. Basically, the application will become fully unusable. 

So, the manual implementation could be the better way.
