SAP Fiori 2.0 Notifications action buttons not working

Hi Experts,

I have configured Fiori scenario specific My Inbox and Notification center as per the below mentioned blogs and it is up and running.

Now that I have custom workflow task available in My Inbox and the action button 'Approve' and 'Deny' works fine in the scenario specific Fiori My Inbox App.

Following issues are coming when user action executed through Notifications.

1) The Notification shows action button. However, when I try to click Approve or Deny, it throws error like 'Work Item xxxxxxxxx does not exists'

The same action button works fine from My Inbox task list.

2) If I click on the Notification task item, it is automatically opening My Inbox (allItems) inbox instead of Fiori scenario specific Inbox which I have configured.

How to change the Notification panel bonded My Inbox ( allItem ) to scenario specific My inbox target mapping link?

Thanks!

Praveen.

Hello Praveen,

Did you find an answer for this one already? check this note it explains 3 different scenarios

https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2470390

  • Scenario 1: The Workflow step or Task is not a user decision step or task.
  • Scenario 2: Decision buttons are not maintained in transaction code SWF_PUSH_NOTIF1.
  • Scenario 3: Decision buttons are already maintained in transaction code SWF_PUSH_NOTIF1, but the caches are outdated.

in all These 3 Scenarios , it will always go to myinbox fiori app.

The application specific inboxes are replaced by myinbox fiori app.
