SAP Event Mesh service creation on BTP Trial

Hello SAP Community

While creating a SAP Event Mesh service on BTP trial account (AWS region US East (VA), I get the below error:

Service broker error: Service broker enterprise-messaging-service-broker failed with: The trial pool for dev plan instances of the SAP Event Mesh service is currently empty. Please try creating an instance tomorrow.

I see from questions raised on SAP community that many have faced this issue.

Could you please help me resolve this?

Hi purohitg,

can you please try again as the error message suggested?
I just had a look at the pool of trial instances and there should be systems available.

Thanks for the response & the help, I am now able to create the Event Mesh service on dev plan but when I click on View Dashboard, I get the below screen

I am not able to find the Role Collections related to Enterprise Messaging to be added to my user.

sorry for the inconvenience. You are not doing anything wrong.

Please open a ticket on component BC-CP-EM-MES and provide your globalaccount ID, subaccount ID and instance ID of the Event Mesh service.

Hi,

this morning i have newly activated the event-mesh.

At the end i get the error:

"You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page."

https:// enterprise-messaging-ui-dashboard.cfapps.us10.hana.ondemand.com/unauthorized.html

on the user-level i have assigned all role-collections...

What am i doing wrong?

i am facing the same problem. Just complet deleted and regenerated the trial account.
Afterwards the same error....

Since 1 week the same problem, no solution found, bevor was working properly => deleted my abap-trial intance and now cannot create new => Service broker error: "Service" broker abap-trial-broker failed with: "Internal" Server Error

Update: (7.12.2024)

Now is working again !
