SAP Event mesh connectivity to On-premise 3rd party application(Java Backend)

Hi Experts,

We are working on sending notifications from cloud system(Subscription Billing) to On-premise(Java backend) through SAP Event Mesh using cloud connector.

we have created a queue & webhook in SAP event mesh & are receiving messages from SAP Subscription Billing, but we are not able to consume messages to Onpremise webhook URL.

We are getting the below error:

1) "Update the message client to enable creation of onPremise webhooks".

2) "Webhook endpoint response code: 503"

Cloud you please help us resolve this issue?

The only thing I can say, is, that this error message "Update the message client to enable creation of onPremise webhooks" (and the 503 code) does not come from the Cloud Connector. It seems to be coming from the third-party Java backend, so you will need to check the logs & traces of that system to find out, what's wrong?!
