Hello.
We are on SAP Enable Now, Cloud Edition. Some of our extended workspaces had some of the resources inadvertently "fetched". How do I trigger resources from the source workspace to trickle down? Would I delete resources from the extended workspace? Feeling a bit uneasy about deleting resources. Being that it's "the resources", I'm afraid of the impact to work in progress and other existing content, if any. Your expert insight is appreciated!
Thanks so much!
Leticia

Hi Leticia,
I can understand your concern with deleting Resources but, in principle, it should be fine in an Extended Workspace. When you delete fetched objects in the Extended Workspace, which have come from a source Workspace, the corresponding Base Workspace object is automatically restored in the Extended Workspace. However, if I were you, I would export the Resources in the Extended Workspace before I performed the deletion, just as a backup. If it all goes horribly wrong, I doubt it will but if it does, just reimport the archive file and you should be back to where you were. BTW, I did try deleting Resources in an Extended Workspace and it worked just fine.
Regards
Shane
