Hi,
The question is related to BW bridge shell migration : I trying to run shell migration program RSBW4HCON (on-prem to DWC) for an info object and getting following error: It is populating due to transfer routine enabled or written in info object .
Please suggest if anyone got similar error or how to solve this kind of error. This error is for all those IO's which has transfer routine in place.
Any documentation related to this error would be helpful.Thanks.

Yatendra

Hello,
We are facing the same shell migration error for 0INCOTERMS2.
Did you manage to resolve the issue?
Do we need to open an incident to SAP Support?

Hi Andrea,
Sorry for the late reply as I was on vacation.
Yes, We do managed to solve the issue. Please create a "Class" for info-object 0INCOTERMS2 transfer routine directly into BW Bridge (Open the 0INCOTERMS2 Info-object in Bridge , create a class for transfer routine and save). Once the class is created then try to move the info-object for the same.you may face the similar issue for all info-objects which has transfer rule.
We did this workaround as we did't find this info object in bridge business content. If you face similar issue for those info object which are available in business content into bridge then install those IO's into bridge first and then start shell conversion program.
Hope,It works for you,If not, please let me know.

Hi Yatendra,
You could try to create the transfer routine manually in BW bridge and copy the code over. Note that the changing parameter is now named C_RESULT (instead of RESULT before),
Apart from that, this sounds like a potential bug. Feel free to log an incident in SAP Support Portal on component DWC-BWB.

Dominik

Hi Yatendra,
Are you able to open the InfoObject in the BW bridge target tenant?
Could you share the ABAP code of the transfer routine?

Dominik
