SAP DRC, Peppol / Error at PUSH operation HTTP response code: 500

Hi All,

does someone have an idea why we get HTTP response code: 500 for URL: http://XXX:44300/sap/bc/srt/rfc/sap/dcppushservice/100/dcppushservice/pushrequest

A webservice trace showed the following:

Send Document was successfull, but push Response to Source System fails.

Does anybody has a hint or idea where we can analyze further?

Hi S_WI,

There were two types of issues:

1. The web service had been activated for the old PEPPOL version, so we had to deactivate and reactivate it.

2. One PEPPOL node was using an outdated certificate, which the node operator needed to update.

Click on the 'Failed to push document'. The error details will be downloaded in a .txt file. It will give you details like error code and error message.

We faced a similar issue with the error - 'Server returned HTTP response code: 401 for URL: http://..................../pushrequest' & 'Header null - HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized'. 

The root cause was identified as a password change for the user configured in the 'Destinations' section of our subaccount. - Setting Up Connectivity | SAP Help Portal'
