SAP Digital Manufacturing | Manage Custom Data

Hi 

I created a custom field for BOM component, however, I forgot to uncomment the example fields "ABC" & "XYZ". I already sent some orders from ERP to SAP DM. 
When I try to delete the field from app "Manage Custom Data", I receive the following error: 

I already put all the order messages to inactive at app "Integration Message Dashboard", this did not solve thie problem. I also updated the custom XSLT to comment out these two fields like below: 

Is there anyway I can delete these fields? Many thanks!

Hello Sunny,

If the Custom Data field is in use somewhere as the error message suggests, you can´t really delete it due to the usage constraint / dependency. I suggest you try clearing up values wherever it is used and try deleting again. Otherwise, you might also try logging a ticket.

Thanks for your message.

As much as I understood, these two fields are not in use anywhere and they were created as custom data when I first updated xslt. But I will double check this to be sure.
