Hi,
We are encountering a login error during certain user login attempts, as attached screenshot. This issue appears sporadically and is not consistent across all sessions.
I have confirmed that the user is not logged in elsewhere, and as the connection is established via LAN, network issues have been ruled out.
Despite the error message, all modules continue to function as expected. The only impact observed is that the main dashboard screen displays the error.
Please let us know the solution.
