SAP Desktop Agent 3 registration failed

I am using SAP Intelligent RPA Cloud Factory and I recently uninstalled desktop agent 2.0.36.41 to switch to the latest Desktop Version

following the documentation above.

I have downloaded and installed the latest desktop agent 3.31.51

However even after successful authentication with the credentials, I still get the following error.

I have tried registering the agent manually as well as automatically the result however is the same.

The agent either shows the status of "unregistered" or at times "connecting",

Ideally it should have worked and I should have been able to see the registered agent within the factory.

Not sure, what exactly have done incorrectly.

Following the above article, I could solve the problem wrt my agent registration
