we are going to need 2 connections for SAP RISE with SAP datacenter (base option). The customer wants to use mpls as primary connectivity option and VPN as backup one (both wired and radiofrequency). Our communications teams has launched these questions, could you help us with them:
For the case of MPLS, what connectivity options would be available? Do you offer any service to connect to the environment, like Fabric or something similar? Is it possible to connect through the Data Center’s MMR ? Is it necessary to install a CPE, or can we connect to a provider's device?
For base option in europe , only Rot Germany is available ?
In the Communications Datasheet template for SAP DC, only the VPN option is listed in the tabs. how can we request an MPLS connection for base option ?
