SAP Datasphere & SDI CDC: How to get SDI Change Data Capture to ignore archived records

Hello,

We are doing ECC tables real time replication from ECC (on HANA Db) using SDI and CDC. Once the data is replicated from ECC to SAP Datasphere (DSP), the CDC keeps data synch to real time. We have archive process in ECC where the history records are archived on daily, weekly, monthly, etc. Once the records are archived in ECC (DELETE flag), CDC deletes the archived records from Datasphere. We would like CDC to ignore the archive user activities by using the CDC User Filter property. However, we are not able to change this property since SDI resides in SAP DSP HANA cloud layer and we cannot access this property configuration via the DSP connection or DP Agent installed on prem.

Does anyone have same issue and do you know of any solution? This maybe a product integration gap for DSP SDI.
