SAP Datasphere Object Store activation in partner tenant

Hello Experts,

from Version 2025.07 the provisioning of the object store is available from "tenant configuration".

we have a partner tenant without the possibility to access to "tenant configuration" page.

How we can activate the object store for a partner tenant? ( i think it's a TDD environment)

I am having the same issue as well in our TDD tenant. I opened the ticket as request and SAP stated it was completed, but when I create a new space, the HANA Datalake option is greyed out.

You will find all the needed information for creating a support ticket there. We did this also with a TDD.

Hello,

before opening the ticket I found that our tenant has feature flag DWCO_LARGE_SYSTEMS = true

So I do not understand if the system is already enabled or not ( I do not have the tenant configuration tab so I can not see if there is an object store attached).

From space management I can not add a spaced based on "file" so I think is not enabled.

Do you confirm that the procedure is only opening a ticket with "This ticket is a service request for enablement of feature toggle "DWCO_LARGE_SYSTEMS" in Datasphere Tenant ..." ?
