SAP Datasphere - Connection couldn’t be established.

Good day,

I trust you are all well.

I am experiencing an issue when trying to connect to an Azure Synapse SQL Database via Cloud Connector.

The Azure Synapse SQL Server hostname is accessible via Cloud Connector however I get the below error when creating the Connection on SAP Datasphere:

Connection "*** Azure Synapse DB" couldn’t be established. - Data flows can’t be used because of errors in the connection. - Replication flows can’t be used because of errors in the connection. - Remote tables are disabled.
Data Flows: Cause: Communication with DS backend was unexpectedly closed
Replication Flows: Cause: Communication with DS backend was unexpectedly closed

Have the same problem with a data flow "Communication with DS backend was unexpectedly closed" however no idea how to fix this without more information from the system
