SAP Datasphere: Cannot allocate enough memory:Allocation failed; Reason: booked memory limit reached

Good day,

I have installed the Finance Foundation business content on SAP Datasphere and am attempting to preview data from the GLACCOUNTLINEITEMRAWDATA object (equivalent to ACDOCA), which contains 600 million records.

Current Datasphere Tenant Configuration: 192GB disk space and 48GB RAM

I am working with an analytical model that has variables to limit the data; however, I am encountering an error that states: "Cannot allocate enough memory: Allocation failed; Reason: booked memory limit reached (SAP Note 3191224)."

I have reviewed the SAP note but am still unable to preview the data. Has anyone else experienced this issue, and how was it resolved? Thank you for your assistance.

I would persist the model-view.

If it fails on OoM you can:

#create partitions (f.e. year, ...) and persist each partition

#persist sub-views until you do not get the OoM
