SAP Data Services 4.2 SP12 compatibility with Information Steward 4.2 SP14

We are trying to install SAP Information Steward in SAP Data Services (BODS) server. To install Information Steward we need to check the compatibility with SAP Data Services. Below is our SAP Data Services version:

How to read the version: 14.2.12.2309

• 14.2 is SAP Data Services 4.2.
• The second 12 means SP 12.
• 2309 is the detailed patch number.

Could you please check and let us know if this version is compatible with Information Steward 4.2 SPS14 version

SAP Information Steward and SAP Data Services MUST be in the same support pack for them to be compatible.

We also recommend that their patches be the same and if not, be as close to each other as possible.

So to answer your question Support Pack 12 is not compatible with Support Pack 14.
