SAP Data Intelligence - graph's status stucks in "stopping"

Dear community,

when developing pipeline, I have encountered a problem that some running graphs after "Stop" stuck in "stopping" status. They stay like this for a long period of time. "Force stop" and "cleanup" couldn´t help. Examples:

When I look for more detail, most of them has this error message:

Has anyone encountered this error before? And would you please provide me some tips to fix this issue?

Yes I too have experienced such issue - it takes sometime a little while to stop the running graphs. But from your screenshot it seems to be for very longer duration.
I will suggest you to do regular clean up .This sometime helps.

Hi Tuan,

Please clear all the dead/pending graphs, this will clear space.
