SAP CPI to SAP S4 files missing while passing through SFTP

Hello All,

We have developed an iflow in CPI wherein we are picking files from SFTP server and posting it to the receiver SFTP SAP S4 path.

However, while processing few files, we found an issue that CPI is picking the file and sending to SAP S4 system but when we check in the AL11 path for the same file there is no trace of that file, because of this we are facing issue on random days. This issue is occurring on some random days not like every day we have this issue.

CPI is polling file every 5 min and, in each poll, it picks up 1 or 2 files max.

Is anyone facing same kind of issue or faced same issue, if there is any particular reason for this please let me know.

I checked this with SAP by raising ticket but couldn't get any proper solution.
