SAP CPI standard roles

Hi All,

We just received a new SCPI tenant and looks like standard roles are missing from the subaccount. The official document doesn't say much about this and kind of assumes that template roles are always available. Anyone has seen this issue before ? Any step that I am missing to view the template roles ?

I can see all standard roles by default in the trial SCPI account

Hello Vibhu,

I guess you are yet to activate Integration Suite and CPI service. Once you enable it automatically these roles with role collection will appear here.

Thanks for your response Sri, integration Suite is already activated and I have also tried to delete browser caches etc. however the roles are still missing.

Hi Sri, you are right, it just takes few hours before the services can be activated. The service is activated now and the roles are available.Closing this thread as answered. Thanks again
