SAP CPI Loglevel not updated ,IntegrationComponentSetMplLogLevelResponse returning true

Couple of Steps undergone to automate  the LogLevel of CPI Artifacts.
  i) Retrieved the CSRF Token.
 ii) Retrieved the Cookie.
iii) Retrieved Package.
iv) Retrieved Artifacts of each package.
v)  The request is sent for changing the Log level to DEBUG with Operations/com.sap.it.op.tmn.commands.dashboard.webui.IntegrationComponentSetMplLogLevelCommand
An inconsistency is noticed. Although the response(com.sap.it.op.tmn.commands.dashboard.webui.IntegrationComponentSetMplLogLevelResponse) is received as true for some artifacts the level is not changed. Tried in several ways, yet not successful  . Sharing the screenshot
