SAP CPI - Event Mesh - Message monitoring and multiple runs for iFlow

Hello Community!

So, I have this iFlow that consumes a message from the Event Mesh and does X. This is good most of the times, but sometimes I will see this in the log:

The process is configured to redeliver a message 1 time on the Event Mesh side, and to try reprocessing a message 1 time on the iFlow, and so when I tested this, I could see 2 runs for a failed message. 

However here I see multiple runs (3 or 4 depending on the day), and I can see all runs in status completed.  Furthermore, unlike my testing, all these runs have processed a different message from Event Mesh, so it looks like all these runs are all bundled for some reason, and I have no idea why. I have also confirmed that all runs were successful, since I see the result in the destination system.

I thought this "runs" section was showing all the runs for a given message that failed on a previous run, but this is not the case.

I know I am missing something; I just don't know what.

I am happy to provide any more details that might be needed. Any tip will be helpful!
