I have heard that the SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI) - cloud foundry tenants are not really auto scalable.; recently in one of my Non-Prod tenants, we faced the tenant Slowness, the tiles on the tenant were not properly responding , the Integration artifacts were not openable kind of issues. We raised an incident to SAP CPI OPS team and they figured out that the tenant had some memory issues and asked for a restart.
Upon multiple times of asking the question like "Why are out CPI tenants not Auto scalable" as defined in its features page , there is no answer. On top of it , I have also learnt that my tenant had only One worker node which caused this issue. My questions to the Ops team on how can i understand how many nodes are allocated to my tenant, I didnt get any response.Is there any body in the
