SAP_COM_0008 is Not Listed in the Scenario Field While Creating the New Communication Arrangement

Hello SAP Community,

I’m currently enabling the Business Partner OData API in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and have run into an issue. While creating a Communication Arrangement, I do not see the scenario SAP_COM_0008 listed.

Here are the details:

• Development Tenant: STARTER 080
• Required Scope Item: 1RO (activated in STARTER 100 Customizing Tenant)

If anyone has encountered this issue or has any guidance on how to resolve it, I would greatly appreciate your help.

Hi Ali

You need to got to scoping and add scope item for this Communication scenario. This is common issue and how to identify is go to API business Hub find the scope items(sometime difficult) and then add scope item in CBC.
