SAP Cloud Connector does not uninstall

Hi experts,

Sap Cloud Connector does not uninstall, I go to settings, applications and features and have it uninstalled. The error appears: There is a problem with this windows installer package. A program required for this install to complete couls not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. How to uninstall?

What is your operating system where you are trying to uninstall it.
