Hi SAP Community,
I have recently been following the SAP guided experience trainings, in Datasphere. Part of that course material requires also a guided experience account to SAP Cloud Analytics platform. So I created an account (should be for 30 days) for guided experience on the SAP Cloud Analytics platform. However when I try to login to that account I receive a message that the account is inactive.
I checked my emails and whilst I do receive an email to allow me to login to my guided experience account, there is not one for activating the account, so I cannot activate it. I have tried clearing my browser cache, and using different browsers, and also creating several accounts, but each time I hit the same problem (the account is inactive).
I have seen other posts in this community before with the same problem, but there has never been a solution provided.
How do you normally activate an SAP Guided experience cloud analytics platform user account?

To be more specific, when I checked my emails, I also checked for junk emails.
