Hello Members,

We were able to setup our system on Dec21, and data was fetched. but now when i login to system going to health monitoring, it shows warning & critical sign message "Data is Outdated" and under systems it says "System Service did not send data for last 20 days" I have followed the steps using “/n/SDF/ALM_SETUP.

Thank you

Hi Kamal,

you may find helpful information running the Cloud ALM Diagnostic Report in transaction SA38:
/SDF/CALM_CDM_CONN_DIAGNOSTIC.

A common connectivity problem these days is the switch of the G2 root certificate authority (CA) for the SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry environment. If the Diagnostic Reports shows SSL-connectivity problems, kindly check the SAP Note: 3327214 - Root Certificate Replacement in the SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry Environment - SAP for Me and add the corresponding DigiCert certificates using transaction STRUST.

Kind regards,

Christoph

Kamal - If you have confirmed the Prerequisite Notes have already been implemented on the Managed System, as a first step, you might try toggling the data collection off and then back on again. I find it sometimes works especially if you start the /SDF/ALM_SETUP activation and come back to it a few times. Might give it a shot.

If still not working, please log an SAP Incident against Component: SV-CLM-OP-HM.

For reference: https://me.sap.com/notes/3365758

Once the SAP Notes are implemented, please take the following steps.

01. Logon to SAP Cloud ALM.

02. Open the Health Monitoring *

03. Click the "Configurations" button.

05. Find the entry for SID/Client.

06. Switch the data * to "OFF".

07. Navigate back to the SAP Cloud ALM Home screen.

08. Open the Job & Automation Monitoring *

09. Click the "Configurations" button.

10. Find the entry for SID/Client.

11. Switch the data * to "OFF".

12. Navigate back to the SAP Cloud ALM Home screen.

13. Allow a few moments to pass (between 5 and 10 mins).

14. Repeat steps 1 to 11, instead switching the data * to "ON" for both apps.

15. Allow some time to pass (up to an hour).

16. Check if the "No data" or "Data is outdated" messages are removed from the two apps for SID/Client.
