SAP Cloud ALM integration with Tricent for Test Automation on-premise

Hello SAP Cloud ALM Team

We don't have License for Tricentis Cloud, and we don't want to use it.

We have only on perm License. Could you please let me know how can we integrate Cloud ALM with Tricent on Prem.

The SAP Cloud ALM setup guide page on Integrating Test Automation Providers outlines that only 2 types of Test Automation providers are currently supported. The Tricentis option applies only to the Cloud product which SAP Cloud ALM can provision. There is currently no option to integrate on-premise Tricentis products with SAP Cloud ALM. 

Note, the page Setting Up Tricentis Test Automation for SAP Integrated with SAP Cloud ALM in the same guide outlines that "Tricentis Test Automation for SAP integrated with SAP Cloud ALM is a joint cloud-based offering from SAP and Tricentis." The Questions and Answers document for ALM (Page 49, as of 2025.03.11) has information that outlines your entitlements to the Tricentis product via SAP Cloud ALM. In short, if you have an SAP Cloud ALM tenant you are likely also entitled to the Tricentis tenant.
