SAP Cloud ALM integration with MS Teams notifications for Features and Transports

I'm looking at integration with MS Teams for notifications, the standard tasks and health monitoring is simple enough, as there are template mappings to copy.   
I'd like something for notifications around transport approval, either something is ready to test or requires approval to production. 
I can't find any information on this, is it possible and can you point me in the right direction if it is please.

Currently SAP Cloud ALM sends notifications to MS Teams by means of the "External API Management" app configurations. 
This allows Customers to create a Subscription, which uses a Mapping to transform an SAP Cloud ALM payload into a format that the target API can process.

SAP Cloud ALM has a Resource Changes API which has a resource for Features.
This allows Customers to route information about Feature updates to an API of their choice (e.g. MS Teams).
You can use the information from the API guide links to help construct a mapping that will allow you to transform Feature payload information into MS Teams chats.
Please note, the API is for Features, not for the Transport Requests within them.
However, you can create a mapping that will send MS Teams notifications for certain Feature status values, achieving something close to the workflow you have descibed.
