SAP Cloud ALM : DIALOG RESPONSE TIME MONITORING

Hello SAP,

I am probably missing something. using HEalth Monitoring, I cannot find a way to triggers alerts only fo SAP S/4 Dialog response time. I am getting alerts for BTC response time ... which are completely useless. Absolutely nobody wants to be woke up in the middle of the night, if Background reponse time is over 10 seconds .... Where/How could I configure it for DIA only . I tried Intelligent Event Proceessing, it did not seem possible to filter by task type

Hi, 

I contacted SAP asking for this, the reply was:

"Dear Customer, 

Thank you for your patience with the processing of this case. 

I have checked this internally with our Developer and we can confirm that it is not possible to collect only single task types in Real user monitoring as it is not possible to determine the outgoing calls in advance. "

SAP as usual, new monitoring tool and does not monitor properly one of the most important items to monitor

Thanks SGG, so the single most important S/4HANA Perfromance Metric is not available in CALM ...
