SAP Cloud ALM Defect Statuses and Workflow

Is it possible to amend the statuses and the workflow of Defects, to include the Triage process, in SAP Cloud ALM? This Triage process is very important as this is the first analysis of the defect. This is where we determine the right defect type and the priority. We need to check on how we can accommodate this step in the workflow.

I am reviewing unanswered questions in the community and trying to get a response to the authors.

There is no standard workflow built into Defects in Cloud ALM.
