SAP Cloud ALM Defect creation form/custom fields

Is it possible to add new fields to capture different information (such as Defect Type, Process Code of the scenario being tested etc.) in the template/form in place for Defect creation, in SAP Cloud ALM?

Cristina - For the addition of new fields, you might take a look at the Tag Management functionality detailed via : https://help.sap.com/docs/cloud-alm/applicationhelp/tag-management

Tags are easy to set up and then use for reporting by filtering in various Apps and Reports. If you are not seeing Tags available for filtering, you can check under "Adapt Filters".

Also, you will want to keep a watchful eye on the Cloud ALM Roadmap for new testing related enhancements. We have already seen a few enhancements delivered but more are planned for Q4/Q1 of 2023/2024.
