SAP Cloud ALM alert reminders, or auto-close and auto-open new alerts to send new e-mail

There are scenarios where we are not able to address a new alert for a metric right away, and we do not always remember to check the "alerts" tab in the SAP Cloud ALM for Operations apps. This means that the metric may be forgotten for several days without any corrective action. 

Are either of these options available in SAP Cloud ALM for Operations apps?

• Configure automatic reminder notifications (e.g. e-mail) for any kind of open alert.
• As a workaround, configure automatic closure of alerts past a certain age threshold so that a new alert can be generated "fresh" to send a notification e-mail.

There is currently no way to configure:

• Automatic reminder notifications of any kind for an open alert.
• Age based automatic closure of an alert event, so a new one can be generated for a metric over a threshold value.
