SAP CC: Is there a standard or built-in utility/tool we can use to validate, backup configurations?

Hi Experts,

In SAP CC, we have a plan to upgrade our version from SAP CC 2020 to SAP CC 2023.

We would like to have an impact analysis in preparation for this:

Is there a standard or built-in tool/reports or utility that we can use to validate objects, save a back-up of the configurations and data (provider contracts, mapping table content, etc.) and identify beforehand any impact of the upgrade to the existing data and configurations (such as charge plans). Also to make sure nothing is changed or lost after the upgrade? Otherwise, are there steps that needs to be performed by functional for this preparation activity?

Hello,

there is no tool that provide the feature that you have detailed.  I suggest you to ask SAP Center Of Expertise (CoE team) for consulting if you need some platform validation. In the same time you can submit your feature request to your SAP sale representative. The product team will study it and decide if it will be added in the next releases.
