SAP CAP - Hana deployment error: Fail to open connection to DB SAP DBTech JDBC

Hi experts,

I have created a HANA Cloud Instance with the new subscription based HANA Cloud Central.

I have created as well the mapping to my trial organization and space using their respective GUIDs.

Whilst trying to deploy by CAP application database objects to hana I am getting the error as follows:

Failed to open connection to the database, because of: Failed to get connection for database '38af9344-7e66-47b4-befb-76c56fea5f9d' (38af9344-7e66-47b4-befb-76c56fea5f9d.hana.trial-us10.hanacloud.ondemand.com:443), because of: SAP DBTech JDBC: Cannot connect to jdbc:sap://38af9344-7e66-47b4-befb-76c56fea5f9d.hana.trial-us10.hanacloud.ondemand.com:443 [Object is closed: com.sap.db.jdbc.SecureChannelSession@6c826d63 38af9344-7e66-47b4-befb-76c56fea5f9d-0.x7g.hana.trial-us10.hanacloud.ondemand.com:443 ConnectionID:0 SessionID:0 on sun.nio.ch.UnixAsynchronousSocketChannelImpl[connected local=/10.134.228.10:46240 remote=38af9344-7e66-47b4-befb-76c56fea5f9d-0.x7g.hana.trial-us10.hanacloud.ondemand.com/50.19.44.173:443]: 10.134.228.10:46240 -> 38af9344-7e66-47b4-befb-76c56fea5f9d-0.x7g.hana.trial-us10.hanacloud.ondemand.com:443 ConnectionID:0 SessionID:0].

Any idea what is going on?

In BTP Trial you have to start your HANA Cloud manually every day.

Click on "Manage SAP HANA Cloud" to see the instance, and click on "..." of Actions to start it.

Hi, I am using SAP BTP Trail and I am facing the same problem. I am not able to find where I can restart my HANA Cloud manually. Could you please share some screen-shoots about how to do that. Thanks.
