Currently SAP Cloud ALM only offers monitoring for on-premise SAP systems and Software as a Service (SaaS) SAP products. Many of the functionalities you have listed may have different names in SAP Cloud ALM (e.g. "Error tracking & analysis" could be considered the same as "Integration Monitoring"). Some of the functionality you have listed is not supported by SAP Cloud ALM (e.g. Transaction tracing). Integrations with third party software can be achieved by using the SAP Cloud ALM APIs. SAP Cloud ALM doesn't offer the ability to create Custom dashboards, so these APIs can be used also to achieve this. More information is found in this KBA: 3527246 - Retrieve SAP Cloud ALM data using an API
