SAP BW ABR Delta Change Log Issues

Hi all,

we are on BW4HANA 1.0 SP11.

I have recently created an ABR delta load from the Data Source 2LIS_04_P_MATNR, which is extracting to an InfoSource and then to an Standard ADSO.

For Transformation DS to InfoSource, I have mapped ROCANCEL to 0RECORDMODE

For Transformation InfoSource to ADSO, 0RECORDMODE to 0RECORDMODE is mapped in the technical rules

I am seeing strange behavior, example below using one example Production Order;

• The Initial load it comes through as expected, 0RECORDMODE N in the Active Table;

• I then change the production order Goods Receipt Qty (+ 35) in source.
• In the ODQMON you can see that four records are created, I would have expected just 2;

• The ADSO New Table also has 4 records, the 0RECORDMODE is not being populated here (not sure if it is supposed to in the New Table)?;

• The Change Log has 8 records for this extract, and the final after image (record 😎 is not collecting the Actual Delivery/Finish Date, so not coming through into the ADSO;

• The Active Table now has the Production Order with the correct Goods Receipt Qty, however is missing the update to the Actual Delivery/Finish Date;

I cannot work out why the value is coming through and the date is not, and why there is so many records in the change log, I would have expected just a before and after image?

I would really appreciate any help or advice from anyone.

HI all,

just to update, this seems to be down to an AMDP transformation in the End Routine.

When I removed the End Routine and tried this again, it works as expected with just a before and after image in the change log.

With the End routine added it contains an extra before and after image which is causing the problem.
