SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.2 Support Pack 9 Patch 16 and EOL

Customer is on SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.2 Support Pack 9 Patch 16 and EOL for the same was in 2022 and now its in Prio 1 support until end of this month. 

Question from them is if they will be supported for any issues until end of January ? or they need someone to upgrade immediately.

In addition, If any issue while upgrade to 4.3, will we receive support from SAP? Yes, we will support to clear the issue as upgrade happening to 4.3 which is under maintenance.
