SAP Business One SSO Not Working After Upgrading Domain Controller to Windows Server 2016

We are currently running SAP Business One 9.3 with two Windows Server 2008 R2 domain controllers. In this setup, clients can log in automatically using Single Sign-On (SSO).

Recently, we upgraded one of the domain controllers to Windows Server 2016 and successfully migrated the domain roles and DNS. Domain controller synchronization appears to be functioning correctly.

However, after this upgrade, SAP Business One clients are unable to log in using SSO.

We have verified that Kerberos authentication is operational by using the klist command, which shows tickets encrypted with AES-256.

What steps should we take to troubleshoot this issue? Are there specific configurations in SAP Business One or Active Directory that need to be adjusted after upgrading the domain controller?

Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
