Dear Community,
We use the version of BOne for Windows
SAP Business One 10.0 (10.00.240) SP 2402 (Security) HOTFIX1 (64-bit)
System Layout Description
1. We set up Nginx-Server on Azure VM and used VPN to connect to AP server and DB Server in the office to exchange data.
2. Users use BOne APP through the Internet.
3. For security reasons, we set up the B1IF service on Azure-Nginx.
4. Nginx will connect to the SAP DB Server through VPN and the office internal network to exchange data.
Question:
During the two years we used the SAP BOne APP mobile service, the average daily traffic generated was less than 100KBs.
Starting from 2025/02/13, the Internet traffic was abnormally high, reaching 20MBs per day, which lasted for 2 weeks.
We know from the firewall log that Azure-Nginx has been exchanging data with the DB SERVER during this period, but I don’t know what exactly B1IF is doing with SAP DB?
I want to try to start from the SQL DB perspective and find out if there is a log that records the exchanges during this period, so as to parse out what actions are continuously generating traffic, but I don't know which database table or related technical documents or support services to look for?
This incident directly caused extremely high costs and losses to the company, so we are eager to know the cause and establish countermeasures.
We need help or advice to prevent further harm in the future.
Request clarification before answering.
Dear @aec-mis ,
Login to the Integration Framework, Disable Detailed Log as it generates large log files for each transaction.
Thanks.
